1.Position Vacant: Analyst Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Based in Shanghai, provide research support to Trout& Partner analyst;
- Identify and gather project relevant company, industry, and economic information;
- Organize market research and act as a project coordinator;
- Conduct interviews with clients, specialists and consumers;
- Be responsible for review and summarize research information, and prepare the background documents and outgoing e-mails as necessary;
- Participate in the research and analysis of client’s brand positioning and strategic planning;
- Assist analyst and partner in the preparation of research report;
Expected Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-year working experiences; (not limited to marketing or consulting industries)
- Bachelor and/or master's degree from top universities;
- Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, power point, word processing, spreadsheet analysis and online research;
- Be responsible, proactive and detail-focused;
- Good people skills, team orientation, and professional conduct;
- Able to travel nationwide at irregular intervals;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred;
1.岗位招聘:分析师助理
工作职责:
- 战略定位研究资料收集汇总;

- 协助分析师及合伙人展开工作;
职位要求:
- 具备一定的定位理论基础;
- 至少两年工作经验(不限于咨询、营销行业);
- 高等学员本科/研究生文凭;
- 精通各种办公软件,如PPT、WORD、EXCEL;
- 擅长收集资料;
- 良好的英语沟通能力为佳;
2.Position Vacant: Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate switchboard and direct phone calls to appropriate staff;
- Maintain conference rooms and coordinate reservations;
- Help coordinate on- and off-site office events, working with relevant committees, travel staff, hotels, and vendors;
- Provide support to accountant such as expense and capital expenditure budget tracking, analysis, and reporting;
- Assist in maintenance of physical space, including maintaining and deploying office equipment;
- Supervising external contractors and vendors, and monitoring contract compliance;
Expected Qualifications:
- University graduate (accounting background is preferred);
- At least 1 years work experience with a multinational company;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
- Professional and proactive customer service attitude;
